VEGAN ADVENTURE IN KERALA, INDIA

Join us on a group tour to Kerala, one of India’s most lush and soul-stirring regions and the perfect setting for a deeply immersive vegan adventure that moves at the rhythm of water, forest, and coast. Imagine visiting the historic spice-port streets of Kochi to the cinematic waterfalls and dense biodiversity of the Athirappilly Waterfalls rainforest. We’re taking you on a journey through landscapes that are full of stories, birds, culinary gems like the beloved avial and thoran to creamy coconut curries while understanding the socio-political-spiritual beliefs that shape this little corner of paradise. Drift through the palm-fringed canals of Alleppey aboard a private houseboat, then unwind along the serene shores of Marari Beach, where time seems to soften. Along the way, we’ve scoured the state for 100% plant-based food thoughtfully reimagined from Kerala’s Sadhya, Malabar, and Syrian-Christian culinary traditions, offering a rare chance to experience the region’s flavors through a compassionate lens without seafood. You’ll stay in intimate eco-stays and family-run properties that reflect the spirit of the land, engage in wildlife encounters that are purely observational and respectful, and connect with local communities through their cultural traditions. Between slow mornings, sensory-rich explorations, and evenings spent sharing stories over unforgettable meals, this is a journey into what Indians call: “God’s own country”.

Why is OAXACA a great place to learn SpanisH?

Oaxaca City is an exceptional place to learn Spanish for several reasons:

  1. Immersion: Oaxaca City is small! Unlike larger metropolises, its human-scale historic center means you're constantly engaging with Spanish speakers in meaningful, unhurried interactions, from market vendors and artisans to mezcal makers and muralists making every moment a natural opportunity to practice.

  2. Clear, Accessible Spanish: Oaxaca is widely regarded as one of the best places in Mexico to learn Spanish, thanks to the region's clear, measured pronunciation and relatively neutral accent. Learners at every level find it easier to follow conversations here, building confidence faster.

  3. Cultural Depth: Oaxaca City is one of Mexico's most culturally rich destinations, where indigenous Zapotec and Mixtec traditions are still very much alive alongside a thriving contemporary arts scene. Exploring ancient ruins, taking a salsa class, or wandering through artisan markets enriches your experience and gives you real cultural context that brings the language to life.
