Along the way, you'll learn about the local flora, fauna, and the land’s natural rhythms. The afternoon invites you to slow down and explore—wander the gardens, journal by the pond, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. As the sun begins to dip, we'll gather for a guided meditation session in the quiet of nature, offering space for reflection and stillness. The day winds down with a wholesome vegan dinner and quiet time under the stars—no screens, just the sounds of the night and a deep sense of presence.

This trip was a delight and a joy. I felt almost drunk with nature. Prachi had ensured an authentic rustic experience and had set expectations clearly. The food was just amazingly fresh and tasty. Paula was wonderful in their knowledge of the grounds, nature and hiking. Overall, a must-do trip if you want to avoid distractions of sightseeing and just want to bond with your fellow travelers.

DAY 3, JULY 25th | A QUINTESSENTIAL NEW ENGLAND VILLAGE & THE FOREST

Today we delve deeper into a rhythm of presence, where inner stillness and connection to the Earth unfold as one continuous practice. We begin the morning with a gentle yoga flow followed by a vegan lunch. In the afternoon, we step into the land itself for a guided herbal gathering session and understand our own Self’s relationship to ecology and the natural world. By listening to Earth, we engage with the living intelligence of the ecosystem honoring the plants, the soil, and the interconnected web of life that sustains us. This afternoon, we will let Mother Earth heal us.

As the day softens into evening, we will have a meditation session surrounded by forest, field, and mountain, and held within a space intentionally designed for renewal, you may find a quiet shift: a sense of belonging not just to the retreat, but to the Earth itself. Tonight we have our closing ceremony and final dinner.
