ESCAPE TO GOA WITH ERIN DOPPELT

Escape to Goa, India for on an 8 Day Yoga + Meditation immersion exploring the country's Yoga roots, Ayurvedic traditions, food, culture and history. Erin Doppelt is an international spiritual educator, wellness speaker and retreat leader traveling around the world leading innovative mindfulness workshops. After a daily 90 minute practice, we'll spend afternoons and evenings exploring the beaches of Goa, visiting spice plantations and ancient fortresses, doing education and responsible tourism workshops and uncovering the region's history.

We spent 10 incredible days in India with @isthisreal exploring deserts, ancient cities, mountains and sacred rivers. On this whirlwind adventure, we took Brian Baldrati and travelers through the streets of Old Delhi, sampling Indian street food at the night markets, visiting Golden Temples, doing yoga near the Ganges river, waking up to sunrises in the Thar desert and listening to traditional folk music.
